Omie was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, cooking, and loved to read anything she could. Omie was affiliated with the Assemblies of God and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sam Williamson; a son, Don T. Williamson; a granddaughter, Sherry Johnson; 9 brothers and 8 sisters.
Omie is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Rayford and Carolyn Williamson of Idabel, Roy Williamson of Idabel, and John and Gail Williamson of Broken Bow; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Raymond Sweeden of Millerton, and Sheila and Lynn York of Geronimo, Oklahoma; sisters, Juanita Manning of Pittsburg, Texas, and Frances Smith of Blackwell, Oklahoma; a sister-in-law, Alice Jones of Wright City; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
