at the age of 99 years, 8 months and 7 days. She was born June 19, 1910, the daughter of Matthew and Hessie Sanders. Leoma had lived in McCurtain most all her life and worked for Dierks Lumber Co. for thirty years. Leoma is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Clarence Toilet and a daughter, Mary Ellen Cathey.
She leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Alberta Cain, of Idabel, OK; two granddaughters, Joy Rogers and Ernie of Detroit, Texas and Shirley Lewellen and Craig of Spiro, Oklahoma; 5 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Norwood-Nation Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday March 19, 2010 at the Valliant Cemetery.
